south goa, India

Realistiq Mystiq is rooted on the quiet end of Palolem Beach in South Goa, where the Western Ghats meet the Arabian Sea and the local spirit of Susegad (relaxed contentment) settles into you whether you plan for it or not. Our unhurried Shala sits in a tropical garden, a river on one side and the Arabian Sea a short walk away. This is home. Retreats available each season. During the off-season (April–September), our calendar opens up for private sessions, intensives, and engagements across the US and internationally.
